In Sanskrit, “mandala” means both circle and center, implying that it represents both the visible world outside of us — the circle, the whole world — and the invisible world deep
inside our minds and bodies — the center, the healing circle. Mandalas are cosmic diagrams that remind us of our relation to the infinite.
When Ana creates Mandalas, she goes on a inner journey, a journey to the sacred space within herself. It is from that place where she connects to the stillness of her Being, that the
creative self is allowed to flow and guide the movements that gives birth to the Mandalas. No rulers or measurements, no mental process, just a connection to the divine geometry at the center of
life.
